I'd have to say that this Cars and Coffees was one of the best ones yet, albiet, I've only been to two including this one. So in other words this Cars and Coffees is better than the last one I attended. I managed to get up close to four Mclarens, including one unicorn of all unicorns, a 50th Anniversary Edition Mclaren. Holy balls I literally lost my shit. Hopefully the pictures I took do the cars some justice, although, pictures on the internet do not compare to seeing and hearing the engineered piece of artwork personally.
So here's the update on my start to the year; nothing super exciting occurred so far, and I'm assuming that's how things are going to be for the rest of the year, maybe. The only noteworthy event was receiving my offers into University. Honestly, once again, I was more excited for the people around me rather than being excited for myself. That's how things are with me, I guess. I'm glad and proud to say that each and every close friend of mine managed to get into their courses, if not, dream courses. One of my close friends got offered a scholarship to do Actuarial Studies, which was pretty hectic, and literally everyone else got their desired courses including Engineering and Commerce. Yes, I did manage to get into the course I wanted and for those who are interested, I'm going to be studying a double degree, Engineering and Commerce, at UNSW. Mind you, chances are that I'm not going to be keeping both courses, because ultimately, I'm going to have to choose one or the other in terms of job aspects. Sounds stupid, right? Yeah it is quite strange and seems pointless but being the indecisive person I am, I had conflicts between choosing Engineering or Commerce, so.. por que no los dos?
Anyways I think that was all that happened throughout January. My long break before Uni is coming to the end so I'm hoping there's something interesting waiting sometime in February, hopefully, maybe get a ride in a Mclaren...? Haha
Peace homies.
